I love to bake fresh banana bread on Saturday afternoon and then slice it and make French toast on Sunday morning for breakfast! We also love to add chocolate chips. Banana bread is such a favorite quick and easy treat! You can dress it up or eat it plain. The end-piece is my favorite, hot out of the oven, and smothered in melted butter! Sometimes I think my kids avoid the bananas on the counter just so we have some left to make banana bread! It is a household favorite for sure!
