Best Ever Sausage Gravy Written By: Shantel Whitford Cook Time: 35 minutes Print Recipe Ingredients 12 oz sausage 1 package of bacon chopped 1 Tbsp chopped garlic ΒΌ cup of butter 1.5 cups of flour 6 cups of milk Salt and pepper to taste Instructions In a large skillet or pan brown the sausage, chopped bacon, butter, and garlic until cooked on medium-high heat. Add in flour and stir until incorporated then cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Gravy will thicken. If it's too thick you can add more milk. Once the gravy reaches your desired consistency turn off the skillet and enjoy! Anytime is gravy time at our house! We love to enjoy this for any meal!
