Garden Chicken Salad Written By: Shantel Whitford Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Print Recipe Ingredients 8 cups mixed lettuces (romaine, iceberg, and loose leaf all work) 1 large cucumber, sliced and quartered 1 large tomato diced 4-6 mini sweet peppers diced 2 cups shredded chicken (or chopped-up chicken strips) Dressing of your choice Instructions Ensure all your ingredients are chopped into bite-sized pieces, then toss them all together in a large bowl. Salad can be served right away or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for one day. Toss with your favorite dressing right before serving. Harvesting out of your garden?
