Homemade Pizza Written By: Shantel Whitford Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Print Recipe Ingredients Dough 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 TBS fast rise yeast 1 cup warm water 1 TBS oil Toppings 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 package pepperoni slices 1 small can of sliced black olives 2 cups shredded pizza blend cheese Instructions In a large bowl, mix the first four ingredients. Mix water and oil; add to flour mixture. Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 2 minutes. Place in a greased bowl; turning to grease top. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Punch down; place on 12in, greased pizza pan. Pat into a circle. Topping: Mix the first three ingredients and spread over the crust. Sprinkle with ¾ of the cheese blend. Put the pepperoni on. Top with the rest of the cheese blend. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes or until light brown. The great thing about pizza is any toppings can be used!
